[Next Stop: Escape Academy

A Main Story Steam Achievement listed for the game Escape Academy, unlocked by escaping 'Introductions.'

Verification: Human verified

"Next Stop: Escape Academy" is a Main Story Steam Achievement in Escape Academy, awarded for escaping the "Introductions." escape room. It is the first Main Story achievement players can earn and serves as a natural milestone for simply completing the game's opening escape. Because it unlocks through normal story progression, it requires no special strategy — but the steps below explain what to expect and how to make sure it registers.

Overview

The achievement's description is simply "Escape 'Introductions.'" and it sits in the Main Story achievements category alongside later story milestones such as escaping "The Entrance Exam" and other named rooms in the campaign [src-f825a4961b]. On the Steam achievements page it is listed first among the visible achievements, with an unlock rate of 89.9% — the highest of the visible set — confirming it is earned by the vast majority of players early on [src-f30c4b0486]. The achievement also appears among the featured achievement icons on the game's Steam store page [src-9c282bac46].

How to Complete

1. Launch Escape Academy and begin a new save. The "Introductions." escape is part of the opening sequence of the campaign, so no menu selection or chapter unlock is required beyond starting the game.
2. Play through the "Introductions." room from start to finish. Solve its puzzles and reach the exit as you would in any escape room.
3. Complete the escape. When the room's completion is registered, the "Next Stop: Escape Academy" achievement unlocks automatically — there is no separate action, collectible, or optional objective tied to it.

Because the unlock condition is identical to finishing the room, you cannot miss this achievement while progressing the story normally.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

• Start the campaign. From the main menu, begin the story. "Introductions." is the first escape you encounter.
• Treat it as a tutorial. The room is the game's introduction to escape mechanics, so explore thoroughly and interact with everything you can. Since the achievement only checks that you escape, there is no penalty for taking your time.
• Finish and exit the room. Once you complete the escape and the results are shown, the achievement pops. You can verify it under the Steam Achievements list for Escape Academy; the store page confirms the game has 40 achievements in total and that this one is among them [src-9c282bac46].

Tips

• Don't worry about your grade. The achievement does not require a specific rank or time. Grade-related achievements like earning a B+ or better are separate goals and are not needed here [src-f825a4961b].
• Play co-op if you like. Co-op achievements in Escape Academy can be done online, via Remote Play, or with a second controller plugged in [src-f825a4961b]; playing "Introductions." with a partner still counts toward escaping the room, though this particular achievement only asks that you escape.
• Keep playing afterward. Escaping "Introductions." is the first of a chain of Main Story achievements, so continuing the campaign will steadily unlock the rest [src-f825a4961b].

Rewards

Completing "Introductions." grants the "Next Stop: Escape Academy" Steam Achievement. There is no in-game item or currency tied to this achievement according to the available sources — its reward is the achievement itself and progression into the next story escape.

Notes

The achievement is categorized as a Main Story achievement and appears in community 100% completion guides under that heading [src-f825a4961b]. No conflicting unlock conditions were found across sources; all describe the same requirement of escaping "Introductions."
